Hannah Grundvig

LMFT

I'm Hannah Grundvig, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I obtained my Masters in Couple, Marriage, and Family Therapy from Texas Tech University. In my practice, I primarily utilize Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), while also integrating other modalities to best suit the unique needs of each individual or couple. I firmly believe that individuals and couples often possess an innate understanding of what will work best for them, and my role is to guide and support them in identifying those solutions.

I recognize that therapy is a highly individualized process, and my approach is centered on meeting clients where they are at and providing them with the support and tools they need the most. I firmly believe that everyone can benefit from therapy, whether it be for addressing small concerns or navigating significant life changes amidst stress and overwhelm.

Throughout my experience, I have worked with couples facing issues related to betrayal from pornography, communication struggles, and individuals dealing with sexual trauma, anxiety, and/or depression. My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can openly express their concerns and work towards positive change.
