Fulfillment/shipping policy - Once your pay for your order, you will have an option to download the product purchased. This accompanies the confirmation of purchase message. Please download the product at that time. Additionally, you will be emailed a receipt along with a link for you to access the product download. Check your junk mail just in case your email account flagged the receipt email that contains your purchased download.
